CONFIRMATION POLICY

There are over 15% buyers never reply with our confirmation email, but we can't always wait for a long time in case the order will delay for you, so in order to send your dress in time,  we have to make dress according to order you placed.
For normal delivery order, we will wait 2 days, if there is still no reply, then we will begin to make dress and send it in time.
For rush order, we will wait one day, if there is still no reply, then we will begin to make dress and send it in time.

  If you need this dress urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
We do not reimburse the customs duty charged by the country in which the customer is located. If there is a possibility that your country will charge customs duties, please state when you reply to the confirmation email. If there are any customs duties, please bear them by yourself.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes and are unable to ship to any freight forwarding companies due to high correlation with fraudulent activity. If an order is placed with a forwarding company as the shipping address, the order will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will inform you of the tracking number after delivery, and you can check and track the order on the official website
Note: The colour of the dress displayed on your computer or mobile-phone may be slightly different from the actual colour, this is the problem of display equipment. So if you want to order the bridesmaid dresses in bulk, we recommend you to order our swatches and fabric samples to ensure that the colours of the dresses you finally receive are what you want.
Placing an order earlier not only ensures that you have enough time, but also allows us to do it better.
