ColumbusDresses is always dedicated to providing the best service for our valued customers all the time. In order to provide a better shopping experience and customer service,we will issue a full refund including shipping fee right away for any damaged, defective or mishandled products. If you find any quality problems with our product when you receive your package, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange a free replacement, return or refund as soon as possible.
Before you place the order,highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. All our dresses are true to size chart.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed,unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and no perfume and with tags. 

Return and Refunds

If you want to return,please contact us within 3 days from the day you get the package.You can contact us at. If your return is accepted, please tell us shipper name with tracking number within 7 days.Money will be returned when we get and check your package.As for the return shipping cost,you had to pay for it by yourself.

Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged.


Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time.Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items.You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items.

 

Cancellations

Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

⦁ If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
⦁ If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
